Refund and Returns Policy


Returns are subject to the polices below and must be raised within 14 days of receipt.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, a full refund or exchange is not available.

Please choose your item carefully. Every effort has been made to photograph each item from different angles. It is important to note that colours may differ from what you see on the screen during to different rendering on screen types. I have photographed each item to the best of my ability.

Each item is handmade and therefore is not perfect. You will see imprints and imperfections that taken place during the creation, the glazing and firing processes. These variations contribute to the unique and individual nature of each one.

All returns require proof of purchase and are to be shipped at the purchaser’s expense, unless an exception has been agreed in writing with Garden Watcher Ceramics.

Sale items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or custom items.

Authorised returns

To request a return please make contact within 14 days. Once your return is authorised, received and inspected, an email will be sent to you to notify of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your goods upon receipt and contact me immediately if you believe the item is defective or damaged (kyrstie@garden-watcher-ceramics.com). Please provide photographs of the damaged item and the packaging and a clear image of the delivery label (to allow delivery insurance review).

Shipping costs will not be refunded. Damages outside of 2 days from receipt will not be refunded as time sensitive insurance claims will have expired. Refunds or exchanges are only considered for items damaged in transit.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, youโ€™ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please contact us directly for return shipping details

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an expensive items, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Returned goods must be received by the store to issue a refund.

Store

Every effort is made to ensure accuracy of the online store. Errors can occur such as a pricing or stock availability error. When you submit an order through this store no agreement is formed until an order confirmation is provided. If tan error occurs I may choose to not fill the order and will contact you to discuss options. If options are not suitable a refund will be provided.
